If a listing sells code that infringes your rights, email dmca@gitbuyer.com with: (1) the work you own and proof of that, (2) the listing URL, (3) your contact details, (4) a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized, (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act, and (6) your signature.

We remove infringing listings expeditiously and void their checkouts (they stop being payable, not merely hidden), notify the seller, and accept counter-notices with the same formalities. Repeat infringers lose their accounts and their GitHub connection binding.
