If you see this, it's not your setup and nothing is broken on your machine : Cloudflare returns error 10429 when the account-wide API request quota for the shared nport.link backend is exhausted. Because everyone uses the same account by default, heavy usage from a few users can rate-limit everyone else. What we're doing about it: we're working on v3.0.0 , a release focused specifically on this problem: - 🧯 Friendly, actionable messaging when you get rate limited (instead of the raw 10429 ) - 🔁 Automatic retry with backoff, so transient limits recover on their own - ♻️ Smarter tunnel cleanup so abandoned tunnels stop burning API calls - 📈 Higher capacity and fairer request distribution across users - 🔑 Support for bring-your-own Cloudflare account , so you're never blocked by the shared quota - 🔍 Improved visibility into your current usage What we need from you: please keep calm and hang in there 🙏 — this limit is temporary and resets on its own.
