You can provide this token to the CLI: 1. Via the --token argument 2. In the DESEC TOKEN environment variable 3. In a file by passing a path to the --token-file argument 4. In a file at $XDG CONFIG HOME/desec/token In case multiple methods are used simultaneously, priority will be given according to the list above in order. Note: If the token is obtained from a file, the file may be a scripts that prints to token to stdout.
