Why this exists. I built the first cut of this in 2020 after reading a Medium walkthrough on combining blockchain with content-addressed storage, and it has quietly become my most-starred public repo. I returned to it in 2026 to bring it back from the dead — PureStake was decommissioned, algosdk jumped a major version, and the ipfs npm package was deprecated.
