Build To build otel.eexplorer you will need Rust 1.70 or later. Then do: The binary is then available via target/release/oe , no runtime dependencies. Once you have built the binary, you can use the example/ codebase as follows (which opens in your default browser): The example/ directory contains a small multi-language OTel-instrumented codebase (Java, Go, Python) plus an OTel Collector config, a Datadog agent config, and an environment file. Running against it demonstrates all entity types and confidence tiers. Usage The supported commands of otel.eexplorer are: serve scans the target directory, starts an HTTP server on the given port, and watches for file changes. The browser UI updates live without reloading. scan is a dry run: prints detected entities as JSON to stdout and exits. Useful for scripting or debugging the scanner.
