Human-in-the-loop by design: it never applies, never contacts anyone. Why no auto-apply? Auto-apply agents optimize the wrong metric. Application volume is not the bottleneck in a serious search — signal quality and channel quality are. An agent that mass-submits generates slop for hiring teams and risk for the candidate (an LLM filling free-text fields will eventually fabricate something on your behalf). So this agent finds, filters, verifies, and briefs. Applying stays a human act. Design principles - Provenance rule (enforced in code): the LLM cannot disqualify a role for travel without a verbatim quote that actually appears in the JD.
