The repo ships a diploi.yaml that wires the Next.js app to a managed PostgreSQL addon, so a deployment is essentially: 1. Sign in at console.diploi.com with GitHub. 2. Create a project and point it at this repository. 3. Set the deployment env vars listed under Normal Installation: BETTER AUTH SECRET , BETTER AUTH URL , EMAIL FROM , SMTP HOST , SMTP PORT , SMTP USER , SMTP PASSWORD . DATABASE URL is wired automatically from the PostgreSQL addon. 4. Trigger a deployment. After the first boot, run pnpm prisma migrate deploy from Diploi's exec console so the schema is applied. 5. The first user to sign in becomes ADMIN (see lib/auth.ts ). See Diploi's Get Started guide and the diploi.yaml reference. Normal Installation You need at least one Postgresql instance up and running. Then you can deploy like a simple Next.js app, there are lot of tutorial on Vercel, Netlify etc. The environment variables you need: For Development - We use pnpm package manager.
