This is a quarter-long second-year Ph.D. class for students interested in Asset Pricing. You can use any of the material above free of charge (and at your own risk!), as long as you provide proper credit and citation whenever needed. --- Class Topics ( highly volatile ) See Topics.md for a tentative detailed list of topics to be covered in class. The progression of topics will depend on class size and student interest. Evaluation No, we will have no exams. Student evaluation will be based on performance related to three activities: 1. One research proposal (50%). See Instructions Research Proposal.md for details. The submission details can be found here. 2. One peer-review of a classmate's research proposal (15%). See Instructions Research Proposal.md for details. 3. One in-class presentation (35%). See Instructions Paper Presentation.md for details. Continuous Feedback You can and should provide feedback about the course material as we move along. If something is interesting and we do not plan on covering it, please tell me and I'll see if it is a feasible addition to the class. On the other hand, if we plan covering something that does not interest anyone in the class, tell me and I'll happily take it out.
