It needs cross-origin isolation ( COOP / COEP ), and GitHub Pages can't send custom response headers. The app ships a service-worker shim ( public/coi-serviceworker.js ) that re-adds those headers client-side so crossOriginIsolated becomes true on the deployed demo. If isolation still isn't available, the example detects it at runtime and falls back to a clearly labelled simulated backend instead of failing silently. See example 12 for detail. Interactive educational platform about Web Workers built with Angular 22 . It ships 16 progressive examples with live demos and real thread visualization. The UI is in Spanish , and the presentation is a swappable theme layer : today a light theme ( default ) and its dark counterpart ( midnight ), switchable live, with the engine kept generic so more themes (and languages) can be added without touching the domain. ▶ Live demo: damiansire.github.io/web-worker-patterns Quick Start On any system (Windows, macOS, Linux): npm run dev checks Node.js (≥18) and npm (≥9), installs dependencies if needed, and starts the server at http://localhost:4200 .
