Agentplane controls the lifecycle around that worker: bounded authority, attributable approvals, supervisor-observed proof, verification, recovery, and closure. Use Agentplane when agent changes are consequential enough that a reviewer must know what was authorized, what the supervisor observed, which checks ran, and whether the work can safely close.
