The dashboard is at http://localhost:8501 . Application services app — the multi-page Streamlit dashboard (this is what the user opens in the browser). It talks directly to the backend: the read-only Postgres role for page reads, Qdrant for the news/RAG pages, and the agent / forecaster / clustering / docling HTTP APIs.
