The live service has been shut down — as a part-time solo maintainer I couldn't sustain the ongoing operational and compliance load (security patching, PDPA / 個資法 compliance, user support). It was still in friend-testing, so no real user data was affected . The source is released under the MIT license as a reference implementation and a portfolio piece — read it, learn from it, self-host it. It is no longer maintained and comes with no support. The caretaiwan.app domain will be allowed to lapse and will stop resolving.
