It covers the full customer lifecycle: product catalog, checkout, recurring invoicing, domain registration, SSL certificate management, support tickets, knowledge base, and affiliate tracking. If you have used WHMCS, you will feel at home: the data model, workflows, and module ecosystem (servers, gateways, registrars, SSL providers) are deliberately familiar.
