This repository contains the code used to calculate the registration warps and example code that demonstrates how to use the resulting warp files to remap data between different template spaces. Non-linear registration warps were generated using ANTs and can directly be downloaded from Zenodo: NB! You can find the most recent version of RheMAP including the most recent template set at G-NODE. It currently includes NMT (v1.2, v1.3, v2.0), D99, INIA, MNI, YRK, ONPRC18, F99, and MEBRAINS.
