But this new version is significantly lighter (using a lot less RAM) and faster than the current release, building a local CAZyme database containing all records from CAZy in 2m5s on a standard office laptop. Please do try out the new release of cazy webscraper and provide us with any feedback! cazy webscraper cazy webscraper is an application and Python3 package for the automated retrieval of protein data from the CAZy database.
