Flemma is a plain-text, model-agnostic LLM client for real knowledge work: statements of work, solution designs, specs, proposals, status updates. Turn messy inputs — meeting transcripts, briefs, PDFs, email threads — into polished documents; iterate over many turns; and get a second opinion from a different model on the same draft. Every conversation is a .chat file you can edit, grep , and git commit — and it's just as happy writing song lyrics as a project plan. What makes Flemma different from other AI tools is a simple design choice: the .chat file is the conversation. There's no database behind it, no hidden session state, no opaque storage.
