It takes as inputs a .pdb file of predicted 3D structures (or a folder of .pdb files) and a .pdb file of a native structure, and it returns a .csv file with the different metrics. It uses the following repositories: - RNA Assessment: a python repository that computes RMSD, P-VALUE, INF, and DI.
