Until that first release lands, consume the engine by running this repository. To try Launchstack today, run the app below. --- Run it locally Requirements: Node ≥ 20 and pnpm 10.15.1 ( corepack enable picks up the pinned version). apps/web/src/env.ts will refuse to boot without DATABASE URL and CLERK SECRET KEY . Chat needs no variable at all: with CHAT BASE URL unset it defaults to Google Gemini's OpenAI-compatible endpoint, authenticated with GOOGLE AI API KEY . Set CHAT BASE URL (plus CHAT API KEY ) to reach anything else.
