SlimBrave Neo started from SlimBrave by @ltx0101 — a Windows-only PowerShell script — and is released under the same GPL-3.0 license. Everything past that starting point is this project's own work: the Linux and macOS ports, the zero-dependency Python curses TUI, the CLI, multi-channel and DNS-over-HTTPS support, the preset system, the Shields and content-protection policy set, the macOS Configuration Profile path, and the leaked-Shields-exception repair logic.
