The core is a boundary-race launch sniper : it streams launch events, filters them by deployer, dev-buy size and launch-storm density, then fires a pre-signed buy volley through a per-wallet on-chain relay across the L1-flip boundary so it lands in the sequencer's first-come-first-served ingress the instant the pool opens.
